Yes this was on purpose,for the broken glas i used a brush from psp on an seperated layer and tried to make it looks like broken glas with playing with the size,colors and the transparancy.
LOL, great idea! The dress colour hurts the eyes, but I suppose you did it on purpose. How did you do the broken glass?
